Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 pounds ground turkey — 93% lean
- 1 onion — diced
- 4 cloves garlic — minced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes — one can
- 15 ounces black beans — one can, drained
- 15 ounces kidney beans — one can, drained
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt — instead of sour cream
- 2 scallions — sliced

Heat the 1 tablespoon olive oil in a dutch oven over medium-high heat. Brown the 2 pounds ground turkey for 6 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.

Add the 1 onion and 4 cloves garlic and cook for 4 minutes until soft.

Stir in the 2 tablespoons chili powder, 1 tablespoon ground cumin, 2 teaspoons smoked paprika, and 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt. Toast the spices for a minute until fragrant.
