About

What Thrice is.

Thrice is a recipe and nutrition app for iPhone and the web. The name is the pitch: every recipe earns its place by getting cooked more than once — save it, cook it, track it.

Save. Paste a link (Instagram reels included), share from another app, snap a photo of a dish, or photograph the pages of a cookbook you own. Thrice turns each into a clean, structured recipe — ingredients, steps, timers, scalable servings — with no ads and no life stories in the way.

Cook. Cooking mode shows one step at a time in type you can read across the kitchen, preps you with a mise en place checklist, and pulls the timers straight out of the recipe. Progress follows you to the Lock Screen.

Track. Every recipe gets estimated calories, protein, fat, and carbs per serving. Log a meal from a cooked recipe or a photo of the plate, and your day's numbers are just there — no barcode safari.

Around the edges: shopping lists that build themselves from recipes and check themselves off against a scanned grocery receipt, a pantry you fill by camera, and Siri for tossing items on the list with your hands full.
